Dinah McNav, the ERP Agony Aunt, answers the problems and pressures faced by businesses everywhere. Last month, we received a letter from an anonymous SMB who couldn’t find the right ERP partner. Here’s what happened after they decided to take Dinah’s advice.
First of all, thank you! You’ve helped an awful lot of people to solve their problems with your expert knowledge and experience, including me. These letters, and your replies, provide much-needed support and help to countless business owners but you probably don’t get to hear about what happens afterwards. So I thought I’d share my own story.
You may recall that I contacted you a short while ago. I was desperately seeking solutions and had wasted an awful lot of time looking for a suitable partner to work with my business. Just as I was giving up hope, a friend suggested I write to you and I’m so glad that I did.
